NEW! The Bright Side
June 14 - October 28, 2024
Dive into the fascinating world of visual artists Soul (Souleymane Konaté), from Côte d'Ivoire, Diamas (Serge Diakota Mabilama), from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Doff (Appolinaire Guidimbaye), from Chad.
Paintings and three-dimensional mixed media artworks display the talent of these three artists and the depth of their reflections. They have different sources of inspiration and use distinctive techniques and media, but the three of them share an optimistic outlook and believe in our capacity to trigger positive social, political and environmental change.
Intertwined Narratives - A Retrospective Exhibit
February 9 - March 29, 2024
The 10 artists featured in this exhibit have much more than a continent in common. Although each one has a unique path, style, and set of skills, they all use their art to start a conversation, raise awareness, and advocate for the common good.
Through paint, natural pigments, repurposed material, or metal on all kinds of support – canvas, denim, burlap, wood – they convey their dedication to this planet and its people and advocate for social and environmental responsibility.
The artists featured are Bienvenue Fotso Gunsi (Cameroon), Méné, Pascal Konan, and Souleymane Konaté (Côte d’Ivoire), Gérard Gabayen and Saadio (Senegal), Camille Tété Azankpo and Yao Fofo Sewonou (Togo), Elizabeth Martineau and 3-D (Haïti).
