Return policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days - after 7 days we will no longer be able to refund your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, the artwork purchased must be in pristine condition; it must also be well protected in the original packaging.

Please do not send the artwork back to the sender. Contact us first so that we can decide whether to send it back to the sender or to us instead. We will also decide whether to use the same carrier or not.

Refunds
Once the artwork returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and to inform you of the refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at using the contact form.

Shipping

When you receive your purchase, keep the packaging. We recommend that the original packaging and same carrier be used for returns; we will make this decision together when you contact us. Together, we will also determine the return address - and whether the artwork should be returned to us or to the original sender [artist]. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the artwork if the return is due to the fact that you have changed your mind and decided not to keep the artwork. If you do not pay the shipping fees directly, we will deduct the return shipping fees from your refund.

If the return is due to the fact that the artwork arrived damaged at your address in the first place, we will first determine whether it may be repaired.

When shipping the artwork, ensure you are purchasing tracking and shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items that are not returned cannot be refunded.
